**Russia Attacks Ukraine, Injuring 15 People**
Russian attacks on Ukraine have injured 15 people over the past day. The regional authorities reported this on November 13.
**Kyiv Under Attack**
On the morning of November 13, Russia launched a combined drone and missile attack on Kyiv and its surrounding area. Explosions were heard in the capital at around 7:20 am, with air defenses activated to protect the city.
A man in his 40s was injured by falling debris in one of the attacked areas. A fire also broke out in a warehouse near the city of Kyiv.
**Missile and Drone Attack Details**
Russia used various types of missiles and drones in the attack. These included air-launched cruise missiles, as well as Iskander-M or North Korean ballistic missiles. The country launched 90 Shahed and other drone types overnight, plus two S-300 and two Kh-101 missiles.
**Ukrainian Forces Respond**
The Ukrainian forces were able to down all of the Russian Kh-101 and Iskander/KN-23 missiles, as well as 37 drones over eight regions. The Air Force employed electronic warfare, mobile fire groups, and air defense across various areas to stop the attack.
**Other Regions Affected**
In addition to Kyiv, other regions were also targeted by Russia’s attacks. In Kherson Oblast, a fire department, administrative building, and educational institution were hit in 20 settlements, including the city of Kherson. This injured 10 people.
One person was injured in Donetsk Oblast, while three women were injured in Kharkiv when their homes were damaged by Russian drone strikes.
