**Seven Civilians Killed, 30 Injured in Ukraine Over Past Day**
Russian attacks across Ukraine have resulted in the deaths of at least seven civilians and injuries to 30 others over the past day. Regional authorities reported on February 20 that three people were killed and 10 injured in Russian attacks against Donetsk Oblast.
In Kostiantynivka, two people were killed and eight injured after Russian forces dropped four guided aerial bombs on the city. The attack also damaged 34 houses. One civilian was killed in Predtechyne, while two were injured in Pokrovsk.
**Casualties in Other Regions**
In Kherson Oblast, two people were killed and 13 injured, including two children. Three apartment buildings and 13 houses were damaged.
Two men aged 59 were killed during Russian attacks against Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast. Five other civilians were injured in the town and elsewhere in the region.
In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, two men were injured during Russian attacks against the Vasylivka and Polohy district.
**Energy Facility Hit**
Russian aerial strikes targeted an energy facility of Ukraine’s DTEK company in Odesa Oblast overnight. Governor Oleh Kiper reported that 49,000 consumers remain without power as repairs continue.
