The announced on 21 that the Naval Forces of the country had participated for the very first time in REPMUS 24 – NATO’s largest exercise focused on unmanned used in maritime operations. The exercise was held near the Troia Peninsula in Portugal between 9 September and 27 September 2024.

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry reports that during the REPMUS 24, the Ukrainian military demonstrated their DELTA Combat System, which successfully coordinated operations of more than 50 unmanned vehicles, including underwater, ground, surface and aerial drones. The versatility of the system was further demonstrated by its ability to receive and transmit location data from a German robot dog called Robotics-L developed by Rheinmetall.
