The DeepState project reports that Russian forces have occupied Novosadove, a village in Donetsk Oblast located near the border of Luhansk Oblast.
As of 2018, there were no permanent residents in Novosadove. The village was occupied by Russia during the full-scale invasion, until Ukrainian forces liberated them on 24 October 2022.
DeepState reports Russian troops have advanced to the Oskil River at Kruhliakivka in Kupiansk District of Kharkiv Oblast.
The Russian forces have also advanced near Bohoiavlenka, Selydove, and Zoriane in the Pokrovsk District, and Novodmytrivka, in the Kramatorsk District of Donetsk oblast.
Since October 2023, Pokrovsk is the focal point for intense fighting between Russians and Ukrainians. Russia has launched major offensives in an attempt to capture and expand control over western Donetsk oblast.
