In an interview with the “Real Estate Prospect”, Tamaz Mchedlidze revealed that the Swiss fund had shown a keen interest in the project for the wellness cottages. Mchedlidze announced last year that he would build 20 wellness cottages on the “Bioli‘ premises. He referred to it as an investment, and offered the cottages with a 50 year ownership right. Mchedlidze stressed that the project is more than just real estate. It promotes a healthy life style. The “Bioli”, an environment known for its ecological purity, robust infrastructure and skilled wellness staff, would give cottage owners access to medical professionals and skilled wellness staff.
Mchedlidze, during his discussion of the “Real Estate Prospectus”, mentioned the ongoing efforts made to attract investors who are financially stable for the project. He explained that the villas are being developed to allow people to not only buy real estate, but also enjoy a healthy lifestyle with doctors, staff and services that promote well-being. Mchedlidze did not reveal the details, but he revealed that the Swiss foundation has already expressed interest in seven of the 20 villas planned. He expressed optimism regarding potential collaboration between both parties.
Ownership of a wellness bungalow with access to Bioli’s services for 50 years can range from $900,000.00 to $2.5,000,000.00. The project is aimed at affluent people who are looking for real estate in the country and prioritize a healthy lifestyle.
Tamaz Mchedlidze began the development of “Bioli”, a wellness resort, in 2005. He aimed to create a thriving industry for health care in the country. He has invested $42 million in the venture to date.
