Regional authorities reported on October 24 that Russian attacks against Ukraine have killed five people and injured 19.

In Kherson Oblast Russian forces targeted 25 settlements including the regional centre of Kherson. OleksandrProkudin, the governor, reported that two people were killed and seven injured.
During the full-scale invasion there were many reports of Russian soldiers executing Ukrainian POWs, but the number of such incidents has increased dramatically in the last year.
