Oleh syniehubov, the governor of Kharkiv Oblast, said that Russian forces attacked Kupiansk with an ODAB-1500 bomb, killing a 73 year old woman and injuring ten other people. The attack damaged a two-story building, 12 stalls and a kindergarten. It also damaged several residential buildings. In Kherson Oblast Russian forces targeted 26 settlements including the regional centre of Kherson. Five people were injured, Governor Oleksandr Prokudin reported.
