Vitali Klitschko, the mayor of Kyiv, reported that a Russian suicide drone struck a multi-story building in the Solomianskyi District on October 25.
Around 9 p.m. local, an air alert was sounded for Kyiv and other oblasts in Ukraine due to a massive Russian drone attack. This has been happening almost daily in Ukraine for the past month.
About 30 minutes later, the Ukrainian capital was rocked by explosions.
Klitschko stated that a Russian drone attack caused a fire to break out in the upper floors of an apartment building.
Emergency services were called to the scene.
