Mamuka Khazaradze, one leader of “Strong Georgia”, after confirming his vote, said: [Queues in the polling stations] This is an indication that 12-year rule by the oligarchs has reached everyone. This cascade of lies needs to end.
According to him, the “high turnout of voters” indicates that citizens have decided to come back to this country.
“Today is a very important day for our country and for the future of our kids. I voted in favor of the real alternative, which will start the real reforms in this country. When we will be a part of Europe and strongly represented in the world of freedom, and real fundamental changes in the reconstruction of this country will begin.
My expectations are high. I want to thank you all. Anyone who will be voting for the first year this year, from journalists to immigrants, is to be thanked. All people are sincerely thanked for their civic duty, as this is an important election for our country. I am confident that our country will make a good choice. This choice will be toward freedom, towards Europe and towards stable peace, but most importantly towards a real alternative”, Khazaradze stated.
