According to preliminary data published by CEC, Georgian Dream is expected to be represented in the new Parliament by 89 deputies.
According to the preliminary results, four political parties will be represented in the parliament, with 61 total mandates. The mandates are divided as follows: Strong Georgia – 14 mandates; Gakharia for Georgia– 12 mandates; and Unity National Movement – 17 mandates.
According to the information available at this time, 3100 precincts out of 3111 precincts were counted.
To determine the number received by a party, multiply the number of votes by 150, and divide by the total number of votes received by political parties who received 5% in the election. The total number is the number of seats that the political party has won.
If the sum of the mandats received by political parties is less that 150, the undistributed mandats are received by political parties in order to achieve better results.
