Lubinets stated that the alleged shooting by the occupiers of two women in Selydove was a war crime. “I immediately wrote to the UN and ICRC. I am awaiting a response. One video purports that Russian soldiers opened fire on a civilian vehicle in a populated region on October 24. The prosecutor‘s offices reported that a local resident was injured in the shooting. Other reports claim that two women were murdered in another incident by Russian troops. According to prosecutors, the bodies were discovered in a residential area that was not affected by hostilities. It is likely that the area was already under Russian control. Kyiv has accused Russia for committing more than 137,000 war crimes against Ukraine.
