According to preliminary results from the CEC “Georgian Dream Democratic Georgia”, is leading the parliamentary election with 53.93% (1.118.796 votes). CEC reports that 3109 of 3111 districts have been counted, which is 99.936%.
According to the results “Coalition for Change – Gvaramia Melia Girchi Droa” came in second with 11.03% (228.821 votes). “Unity-National Movement” won 10.161% (210.787 votes); Strong Georgia – 8.814% (182,839 vote); “Gakharia For Georgia” party – 7.771% (161,215 vote).
According to the Chairman of CEC Giorgi Kalandarishvili the results for one precinct were canceled in Marneuli and the protocol was not received in a precinct located in Dusheti.
