NATO confirms presence in Russia’s Kursk Oblast of North Korean soldiers

NATO revealed that Korea sent personnel Russia’ Kursk Oblast as a trade for military technology and assistance evading .
reports that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirmed that North Korean military personnel now operate in Russia’s Kursk Oblast.
This statement comes after earlier Ukrainian intelligence reports stating that approximately 11,000 North Korean soldiers had been trained in Russia and were ready to engage in war against between 27-28 Oct. Approximately 3,000 North Korean soldiers have already been relocated to Kursk Oblast.
During an offensive in August, Ukrainian military forces took control of some parts of the Kursk Oblast, increasing the strategic importance of their deployment in this area.
Rutte revealed, at a briefing on 28 October, that a South Korean delegation had informed NATO, Japan and New Zealand of the North Korean military presence and involvement in war in Russia.
