The new Master’s program in Computer Science and Software Engineering is available in both locations: Schaffhausen, Switzerland and Bremen, Germany. The MSc CSSE offers -of-the art knowledge at the intersection between quantum computing, intelligent autonomy systems, symbolic , system security, and advances in software development.

The shared interdisciplinary perspective of SIT Bremen and Jacobs University Bremen enhances the learning of technical skills through a deep understanding of and digital perspectives on leadership, entrepreneurship and business, psychology, life sciences, organizational psychology, and transformational change. The program includes compulsory courses, but allows students to select electives from three current areas: Software Engineering, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence.
Students can choose between Bremen or Schaffhausen as their study location.
Students can apply for full scholarships that cover tuition fees and other financial options. SIT and JUB STAR Contest – an annual online programming competition – will provide full tuition paid admission to the master’s program for several students. The program development team, led by Peter Zaspel Professor of Computer Science at Jacobs University and Mauro Pezze, Program at SIT, is available to undergraduates with a strong background in Computer Science disciplines. The MSc CSSE students will complete their studies by completing a master thesis. The deadline for applications is June 1, , or July 15, if you ‘t require a visa.
The MSc CSSE aims to prepare and equip future leaders of research and industry with the creative and constructive skills necessary to develop and evaluate solutions for technical challenges. The program is designed for students to gain knowledge in specific areas, and to develop the skills necessary to approach, document, and manage research projects. The vast resources and international network that students have access to allows them to quickly and directly apply their knowledge to real-world situations and to the IT job market of Switzerland, Germany, and beyond.
