Tina Bokuchava said that the struggle to achieve our inevitable victory is a constant one. We must reclaim the victory we won. It will not end with re-elections but with Georgia’s entry into the European Union.
According to Bokuchava protest is the most important democratic form and should be used to win back victory.
“We work very closely with the international community and Georgia’s international partners.
The public knows that only nine countries recognize the results of the illegitimate October 26 elections, during which Bidzina ivanishvili stole victory and the European future of the Georgians using a Russian Special Operation. Three of these states do not recognize Georgia’s territorial integrity and recognize occupied Abkhazia as independent, namely Venezuela, Nicaragua and Russia. This shows the path Ivanishvili is on. This is a path to international isolation which we will not tolerate. The free world including the president of the United States says that these elections were neither fair nor free based on reports by international and local monitoring organisations.
Protest is a powerful tool for democracy, and we need to use it effectively in order to reclaim the victory. These actions will be well-planned and aimed at achieving results. I am confident that we will be just as united, as many, as enthusiastic to win back the victory as we were when President Zurabishvili announced his action.
The President of Georgia stands next to the Georgians and guards our European future. This is very important, and confirms once again that today’s society is fully consolidated. The only opposition to the European future of Georgians is the Russian Special Operation Ivanishvili government. We work with the President on a daily base. We will be in open coordination with the voters, the society, the citizens of Georgia who gave us the mandate for the opposition unity to govern the country.
Tina Bokuchava stated that this is a constant struggle for our inevitable win, for the victories we won and must take back. This will not only end with re-elections but will also end with Georgia’s entry into the European Union”.
