The General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces announced on October 31 that Russia has lost 694.950 troops in Ukraine, since its full-scale invasion began on February 24, 2022.
The Russian forces have suffered 1,310 casualties in the last day alone.
According to the report Russia has also lost 9156 tanks, 18450 armored combat vehicles, 27,961 vehicles, fuel tanks and vehicles, 20,013 artillery, 1,243 multiple-launch rocket systems, 994, air defense systems, as well as 369 planes, 329 helicopters, 18,063 drones and 28 ships and boats.

During a Tbilisi press conference, President Salome Zourabichvili showed footage that purportedly showed ballot violations. “It’s not the president’s job to provide evidence which already exists in society.”
