RBC-Ukraine reports that Switzerland has provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine. It has transferred specialized rescue equipment in order to support emergency services for war-affected areas.
Switzerland maintains neutrality by refusing to supply weapons to Ukraine, and prohibiting the transfer of weapons from third countries to combatants. The country is currently in discussions about lifting the re-export restrictions on weapons, but continues to provide non-lethal humanitarian aid and financial assistance to Ukraine during the ongoing Russo Ukrainian war.
