South Korean legislator: North Korea receives cash, food and space technology from Russia as a return for soldiers.

The Korea Herald reported on November 3, citing an insider familiar with the issue, that Russia is believed to have compensated North Korea by providing cash, food and space technology as compensation for joining the war on their side.
North Korea is said to have sent 10,000-12,000 troops into Russia. The first soldiers are alleged to have already been fired upon in Kursk Oblast.
