The UEFA Disciplinary Committee fined the Georgian Football Federation for disciplinary violations during the Georgia vs. Albania Nations League game.
The official website of UEFA states that CEDB has made a decision.
“To fine Georgian Football Federation EUR14,000 due to blocking public passageways.
The Georgian Football Federation was fined EUR12,000 for using a laser pointer.
The Georgian Football Federation will be fined EUR30,000, and the stadium will be partially closed (i.e. 2,000 adjacent seats will be closed during the next UEFA competition in which the Georgian Football Federation is the host association. This will be for the lighting and throwing fireworks. Said partial stadium closure (i.e. The suspension of 2,000 adjacent seats is for a period of two-year probationary period, starting on the date of this decision,” the statement said.
