“I would remind Lukashenko of the intractable nature of a visit to Abkhazia which is Georgia. Our state will not tolerate a visit like that, nor will they go unnoticed,” stated Tea Tsulukiani, Minister of Culture.
She stressed that whoever is in charge of foreign relations is doing all they can to find out whether this is an unacceptable, reprehensible and one-time visit, or if there is something else planned, which could be directed at the statehood and territory integrity of Georgia.
The minister said, “We should be united and openly declare that this is absolutely inacceptable, not only because it is illegal but also because it directly violates our statehood.”
