Maia Sandu, the current president, won the presidential elections in Moldova. Maia Sandu won the second round of presidential elections with 55.33% of votes.
Maia Sandu, who won the second round of presidential elections in Georgia, wrote on social media that she was impressed by the strength and unity of the Georgians.
“Moldovans made a decisive move on our European path yesterday. But the fight for democracy in Moldova, and in our region, continues. I am addressing the Georgian people. I admire your determination to build a future that is free and European. “Stand firm, Moldova is with you”, declared the President of Moldova.
