EU Foreign Policy Chief urges South Korea increase support for Ukraine

When EU diplomat Borell visited Seoul on 4 November, he sought to expand assistance to Ukraine due to growing concerns about North Korean military deployment Russia.
During his visit to Seoul, on 4 November, the EU’s top representative urged South Korea to increase its support for Ukraine amid concerns about North Korean being sent into Russia.
Borrell’s visit coincides with Washington and Seoul raising alarm over North Korea’s sending troops to Russia in its war against Ukraine.
