Since November 24, 2018, the Foundation “Life Is Wonderful”, has been implementing a project called “Come to the Theatre”. The first stage was a pilot in which 10 existing theaters from Tbilisi participated. We were able, as a result, to provide 10,000 GEL worth of assistance to 10 different beneficiaries, thanks in part to the successful implementation of this project.
Since September 2019, theaters in Georgia have been participating in the project. The project has been praised by regional theater management, and aims to promote theater and culture to the younger generation.
The play “The Threepenny Opera” will open the third phase of the project on May 25, 2021 at 6:00 pm. Nodar Dumbadze Professional State Youth Theater. The project “Come to the Theatre” is a collaboration between the Integrated Theater “Azdak’s Garden”, the Life is Wonderful Foundation, and the Children with Disabilities.
Diplomats, representatives from the international and Georgian government and non-government sectors will attend the event. The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth of Georgia is supporting the project.
The foundation has completed more than 30 projects. Life is Wonderful has plans to launch projects with international status. One of the main goals is to integrate European youth and Georgian subcultures.
Life is Wonderful has decided to actively participate in the management of educational, cultural, economic, social and regional challenges, problems, processes and challenges as of January 2021. The first steps were taken on January 29, 2021 when communication was established with the Ministry of Education and Science. This has been followed by effective measures and the processes required for the initiation of an educational law-project have already been prepared, resolved and made real.
