Dimitri Sadzaglishvili, the lawyer for Giorgi Rurua – one of the founders “Mtavari Arkhi“, assessed the questioning his client underwent in front of a magistrate judge.
According to Sadzaglishvili the questions asked to Rurua by Sadzaglishvili were abstract.
“Mr. Giorgi, was interviewed because Rustavi2, “Imedi”, and “PostTV” prepared stupid stories about conspiracies or people who overthrew me. The questions that were asked Giorgi were meaningless. No questions were asked about the actions taken by Giorgi. It was just a circus show, because the public were influenced by government propaganda media as if someone was planning something. It was a fabricated process. We did not go because we don‘t trust the State Security Service. The inquiry in the investigating body is voluntary.
Today, the State Security Service summoned one of the founders “Mtavari Archi” to be questioned.
According to “InterpressNews“, Rurua was called as a Witness at the State Security Service under the first part Article 315 of the Criminal Code and the first half of Article 323 as part of the investigation. This implies conspiracy and terrorism.
