“When we observed the number voters in the October 26, parliamentary elections, a notable trend was identified regarding the gender issue.
We requested information from the CEC regarding the number of women and men voters.
The primary analysis revealed that the male and female voter turnout in certain precincts was not in line with the normal distribution, and had outliers and unnatural characteristics. In 62 polling stations for example, male voters were up to 80-100% of the registered list, and 57% women.
In some precincts the number male voters registered in the list is greater than that of the number of males who came to those precincts. This, if true, indicates manipulation.
It was also revealed that the difference between the indicators of male voter activity and female voter activities from the single list in 275 polling places is greater than 20 percentage points. In 23 precincts, the number of male voters on the voter list exceeds the turnout by male voters.
