The Court of Appeal concluded its review of lawsuits relating to the violation of the secrecy of voting during the parliamentary election. The court issued a decision.
The Court of Appeal has been considering the lawsuits of “My Voice” and the Association of Young Lawyers of Georgia on the issue mentioned for almost 24hours.
The court consolidated 12 GYLA cases and 14 cases from the “My Voice” coalition.
