EU preparing 15th sanctions package against Russia, targeting foreign-made parts

Zelensky stated in his evening speech on Nov. 2 that the “over 170,000 parts” that should have prevented Russia from acquiring the drones of the Shahed type, which were launched in October, coincide with the “over 2,000 drones of the Shahed type”. “Microchips are necessary for this terror.”
