The Central Election Administration considers complaints based on the votes.

Giorgi Kalandarishvili explained that without the support of 11 CEC members, more than 95 foreign voters would not have been able to participate in the election. He also explained that accents were introduced in the society, and 60 precincts of voting were created with the support from the opposition.
“If it weren’t for 11 members, more foreign nationals wouldn’t have participated in the election. You wouldn’t be losing this part and additional seven districts if it wasn’t our decision. This is the truth. This is the reality.
Kalandarishvili also explained that the CEC’s goal is not to conduct elections.
“I don’t really like you, I tell you, and that’s the reason you got excited.” I understand your anger and frustration, but I don’t want to tell you that. It’s not our main goal, but to administer the election. “Others have been transferred where we have no argument”, Kalandarishvili stated.
Kirtadze told Kalandarishvili he was assigned to “Georgian Dream“.

During the session, the CEC secretary also called Giorgi Jakhishvili’s opposition representatives “bots”. Replying to this, opposition representatives called them “forgers”.
