Jake Sullivan, US National Security Advisor said in an interview to CBS News that US President Joe Biden will try to convince the incoming Trump administration of the importance of continuing to support Ukraine.
The senior White House stated Biden’s strategy in these final days is “the same as it has been for the past two and a quarter years, that is, to put Ukraine in a strong position on the battlefield so that it can be in a strong position at the negotiation table.”
