What is your background and experience?
I have worked in the for 18 years, beginning my career in sales in 2005. I’ve worked with renowned brands such as Marriott, Radisson, and Biltmore over the years. I even tried out the innovative Luxury Hostel before taking a break due to the pandemic. My passion for hospitality has never diminished. When I visited Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi I was captivated with the beauty and quality of the hotel. This inspired me to return to the industry. It’s a great feeling to be at the helm of sales and marketing for a quality establishment. I am excited to lead my staff in this .
Can you tell us about Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi?
Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi, a five-star hotel located by the Tbilisi Sea. Since its establishment in 2017, the hotel has quickly established itself as a luxury hotel with a niche in Georgian market. Our upscale luxury French hotel brand, Hotels & Preference – established in 2000 and operating more than 150 five-star properties worldwide – is what sets us apart. Notably, our hotel was built by the prestigious Chinese company BTL Group. This is a testament to our commitment to excellence.
What countries are you interested in?
We are interested in all markets, everywhere. The Chinese market opened recently for us and, like all other hotels in the world, we will find it very interesting to work with them. We are interested in any market where we fly, whether it is West or East. We will try to attract a large number of high-budget tourists in each country.

You mentioned your involvement with Georgia’s promotion internationally. What are the results of your efforts?
Georgia was not well-known on the international scene when I started in this industry. To correct this, I traveled to other countries and attended international exhibitions in order to represent the hospitality industry and our beautiful country. These efforts produced significant results and now, Hotels and Preference plans to continue this tradition through participation in similar activities.
What is your preferred method of team building?
Throughout my career I have always believed that young professionals should be given the chance to grow and succeed. I am currently assembling a team at Hotels and Preference Hualing Tbilisi and I’m eager to nurture their talents and help shape the hospitality industry’s future.

From the carefully selected furnishings to the captivating colors palettes, we provide a truly immersive experience. Our Chinese restaurant is also a standout with its outstanding offerings. Many people are unaware that our restaurant has 10 Chinese chefs and a menu with over 100 Chinese dishes. Our Chinese restaurant was awarded the prestigious World Luxury Restaurant Award 2023 in two categories. It was recognized for its commitment to providing an authentic culinary experience. Can you describe your marketing strategy for Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi both locally and globally?
We take a multifaceted approach to marketing. Locally, our goal is to increase awareness of the hotel brand via social media and other communication channels. We also plan to use photos and video tours to highlight the hotel’s strengths. We plan to expand our reach internationally by participating in key exhibitions, collaborating with tourism departments and attending key exhibitions. We’re also excited to host a wide range of entertainment programs from celebrations to sports events as well as romantic offerings on Valentine’s Day, February, and etc.
What are your hopes and dreams for your role with Hotels and Preference Hualing Tbilisi and what excites and motivates you most about this opportunity.
My main goal is to continue to enhance the reputation and success Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi. I’m excited to work with my team to share the emotions I felt when I first visited this extraordinary hotel. The beauty, the quality, and the unique offerings of this hotel deserve recognition. I’m excited to be back, especially with a hotel of this caliber. My passion for creating and promoting outstanding hospitality experiences is what drove me to return.
