60 Georgian firefighters depart for Turkey to participate in rescue operations

According to the decision of Prime Minister, Irakli Garibashvili, teams went to Turkey to take part the rescue efforts following the Monday earthquake that ravaged the Turkish Republic and Syria.
Georgia’s neighbor has also received the appropriate machinery.
The Emergency Situations Management Agency of sent 60 firefighters and rescue equipment to Turkey to help with the aftermath of the devastating earthquake.
The Georgian team of firefighters and emergency rescuers that left Turkey is made of firefighters and emergency rescuers who are trained to work in post-earthquake rescue operations.
Vakhtang sent a condolence letter on behalf of his ministry to Suleyman Soylu who is the of Turkey. He expressed his sadness over the natural catastrophe.
