**Two Georgian Fighters Killed in Ukraine**
Two Georgian soldiers have died in fighting near the city of Bakhmut in Ukraine. Their friends and fellow fighters shared this news on social media.
According to reports, Mikheil Tvedoradze and Sergo Lisich were killed in action near Bakhmut. The area has seen intense fighting between Ukrainian forces and Russian-backed troops.
The Georgian Embassy in Ukraine confirmed the deaths of the two Georgian citizens. They also explained what procedures would be followed next.
This is not the first time Georgians have died in the conflict in Ukraine. Since Russia invaded the country in February 2022, at least 36 Georgian fighters have lost their lives.
