North Korea Has Formed a Military Alliance with Russia
The North Korean news agency KCNA reported that the country has formed a military alliance with Russia. The alliance is based on a treaty where if one party is attacked, the other must provide immediate help.
This means that if either North Korea or Russia is attacked, they will help each other with soldiers and supplies. This shows that the two countries are working together closely.
The agreement was signed by Kim Jong Un on November 11th. The day both sides agree to make it official will be when it goes into effect. The treaty was first signed in Pyongyang on June 19th.
