**CEC: Gender Statistics Not Relevant to Voting Results**
The Central Election Commission (CEC) has responded to a statement by the non-governmental organization “Fair Elections”, saying that gender statistics are not relevant to voting results. According to the CEC, this data is separate from the official election results and cannot be used as a basis for making conclusions about the outcome of the vote.
**”Fair Elections” Manipulating Voter Data**
The CEC has accused “Fair Elections” of manipulating voter data, despite repeated explanations from the election administration about why there are occasional inconsistencies in gender activity data. The organization’s own parallel count results did not match actual results in 2020, yet they called it a “trivial inaccuracy”.
**Errors and Discrepancies**
The CEC has pointed out that errors and discrepancies in voter data are caused by human error, which is an insignificant indicator when registering millions of voters. The organization’s attempt to generalize these inaccuracies as a significant discrepancy is seen as frivolous.
**CEC Explanations “Insufficient” Says “International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy“**
In response to the CEC’s statement, the “International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy” has said that the explanations provided by the CEC are insufficient. They point out that in 275 polling stations, there is a significant difference between the activity levels of male and female voters, with an average level of activity being 48% for women and 77% for men.
