Biden will also discuss North Korea’s involvement in the conflict. According to reports, North Korean soldiers have begun engaging in combat operations alongside Russian forces in Kursk Oblast.

A senior White House official has expressed concerns about the consequences of this deployment for long-term stability in Europe and the Indo-Pacific region.
