Russian Strikes Kill One, Hurt 19 in Ukraine
Russia attacked several areas of Ukraine with missiles and drones. The strikes killed at least one civilian and injured 19 others.
One woman was killed and 10 people were hurt in the city of Odesa. A nine-year-old boy is seriously ill in hospital. Several high-rise buildings were damaged, including an apartment block that was destroyed.
The main district heating pipeline was also damaged, affecting over 40,000 people.
In other regions, three people were injured in Donetsk Oblast and five in Kherson Oblast. A woman was hurt in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Many areas of Ukraine were attacked, including Kharkiv, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia. However, there were no reports of casualties.
