President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, met with monitoring organizations “My Voice” Coalition, GYLA, and Fair Elections. She thanked them for their work.
The President said that the observers were on the front line in a unfair battle. They protected people’s voices and did important work.
Zurabishvili said that new evidence is not needed because everyone knows what happened. The election was unfair and did not take place.
She said that the observers’ experience is very important. It will help protect votes in future elections.
The President thanked the monitoring organizations on behalf of society and the country. She said that their experience is invaluable and that everything requires its own experience.
Zurabishvili warned that there are issues that were not insured against beforehand. She hoped that this would not happen again.
