**MP Calls Paint Attack on CEC Chairman “Evil Scenario”**
A Georgian MP has described a paint attack on the head of the country’s election commission as part of a larger plan to overthrow the government.
Davit Kirtadze, from the opposition party “Unity – National Movement”, was accused by MP Gia Volski of being involved in a “revolutionary scenario”.
According to Volski, the attack on Giorgi Kalandarishvili, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), is not just a crime, but a deliberate attempt to destabilize the government.
**”Premeditated” Act**
Volski said that the paint attack was pre-planned and part of a larger scheme. “Of course, this is not only a criminal offense,” he stated. “It is a constituent part of the evil scenario… which is called preparation of prerequisites for the violent overthrow of the government.”
