Russia launched a missile attack on the city of Odesa on November 18. The governor, Oleh Kiper, reported that people were killed and injured in the attack.
Residential buildings were damaged during the attack. The full extent of the damage is still being determined.
This attack came after Russia launched a large-scale strike against Ukraine on November 17 and missile attacks on the city of Sumy overnight on November 18.
