Opposition Protest in Tbilisi
The leader of “Coalition for Change“, Elene Khoshtaria, spoke at Tbilisi State University. She said that the opposition‘s resistance movement has started and will not stop until there are new elections.
Khoshtaria told everyone to come and join the protest. The protesters will stay 24 hours a day in front of TSU. They will spend tonight on campus and inform people about their plans through the night.
The opposition leader said that they have everything they need for the protest. It is not a chaotic process, but a planned one that requires a basic understanding and attitude. She believes that the people, not politicians or parties, are the driving force behind this movement.
Khoshtaria called on everyone to support their cause and demand fair elections. The protesters will stay until new, fair elections are held in Georgia.
