Estonia’s MP Speaks Out on Georgia Protests
The Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee in Estonia, Marko Mikhelson, is concerned about the ongoing protests in Tbilisi. He wants the EU foreign ministers to speak out in support of the Georgian people.
In a social media post, Mikhelson wrote: “Keep an eye on Georgia! European Union foreign ministers must speak out in support of the Georgian people today.”
The European Union’s Council of Foreign Affairs is meeting to discuss the situation in Georgia. This comes after parliamentary elections were held on October 26.
