**Government Plans to Split Ministry**
The government of Georgia is asking the Parliament to quickly approve a plan to split the Ministry of Culture and Sports into two separate ministries.
According to the government, this change was approved at today’s meeting. As a result, the Ministry of Culture will be led by Tinatin Rukhadze, while the Ministry of Sports will be headed by Shalva Gogoladze.
This move means that the Ministry of Culture and Sports will no longer exist as one entity. Instead, there will be two separate ministries with their own leaders and responsibilities.
