EU Foreign Ministers Talk About Georgia
European Union foreign ministers recently talked about the situation in Georgia. As a result, a technical mission is being sent to the country.
This team will be made up of officials from the European External Action Service and the European Commission. They will travel to Georgia to gather information and assess the situation.
Additionally, the EU’s special representative for the South Caucasus region may get more responsibilities. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) office in Georgia, ODIHR, will brief EU officials on the current situation there.
