**Two People Detained in Russia Over Car Bombing**
The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has arrested two people from Crimea for a car bombing that killed a Russian Navy officer. The incident happened on November 13 in Sevastopol, a city controlled by Russia.
According to the FSB, a resident of Sevastopol tracked the car driven by Valery Trankovsky, and another person from Yalta placed an explosive device under the vehicle. When found, there was 1.2 kilograms of explosives, equivalent to TNT, in the suspect’s garage.
**Trankovsky Was Wanted for War Crimes**
The FSB did not reveal much about the detainees. However, a source from Ukraine said that Trankovsky was responsible for missile strikes against Ukrainian cities. He was also accused of ordering attacks on civilian sites in Ukraine.
A Ukrainian official claimed that Trankovsky oversaw missile launches that killed and injured many civilians. The most notable incident mentioned was the Kalibr missile strike against Vinnytsia, which resulted in 29 deaths and over 200 injuries in July 2022.
