Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Speaks at UN Meeting
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, Andrii Sybiha, talked to the UN Security Council on November 19. He showed them a piece of a North Korean missile that hit Ukraine.
Mr. Sybiha also said that Russia is suffering many casualties in its war with Ukraine. He reminded everyone that this conflict is a threat to world peace and security.
Russia has been at war with Ukraine for over 1,000 days now. Mr. Sybiha wants stronger sanctions against Russia and more help for Ukraine from other countries.
North Korea is helping Russia by sending it guns, missiles, and soldiers. US and South Korean intelligence reports say that North Korean soldiers are fighting in a part of Russia called Kursk Oblast.
