**Georgian Activists Sentenced Over Rally Dispersal**
Two Georgian citizens, Isako Devidze and Davit Tsotsoria, were sentenced to 8 days in prison by the Tbilisi City Court. They were arrested during a rally that was violently dispersed on November 19.
The court also fined Irakli Andghuladze 2700 GEL (around $850) for his involvement in the protest. A total of 16 people were arrested, with three being released on parole.
**Police Crackdown**
The police used force to disperse a 48-hour rally near Tbilisi State University. Journalists reported interference and detention by police, including a cameraman from Mtavari TV, who was beaten and detained. The Special Investigation Service has launched an investigation into the obstruction of journalistic activities.
