**Georgia’s Opposition Leader Calls for Boycott of Parliament Session**
The leader of the opposition party “Gakharia for Georgia”, Giorgi Gakharia, has asked ambassadors from around the world not to attend the first session of the 11th convocation parliament. He made this request at a press conference on Wednesday.
**Protest Against Current Government**
Gakharia also called on citizens and supporters of Georgia to protest against the current government on the day of the parliament session. He wants people to raise their voices in opposition to the government’s claim that the recent elections were fair and democratic.
**Questionable Election Results**
Gakharia believes that tens of thousands of Georgian citizens are protesting against the stolen votes and election results in the streets of Georgia today. He claims that the current government, “Georgian Dream”, rigged the elections by using secrecy, controlling election commissions, and misusing personal data of citizens.
**International Pressure**
The opposition leader is calling for international pressure on the government to hold a full and independent investigation into the election results. He wants the ambassadors from the United States and European Union countries to protect the essence of Georgian citizens’ participation in elections and ensure that future elections are fair and democratic.
