Russian Forces Advancing Near Five Ukrainian Settlements
Reports from the crowd-sourced monitoring website Deep State say that Russian forces are getting closer to five settlements in Donetsk Oblast. This happened on November 23.
The settlement of Velyka Novosilka was directly targeted by a group of armored vehicles. Two other settlements, Rozdolne, were attacked through tree lines south of the settlement. Ukrainian forces pushed the Russians out of Rozdolne but the situation remains difficult, according to Deep State.
Russian forces are also getting closer to Maksymivka, Pustynka, and Toretsk. This is part of a larger effort by Russia to breach Ukraine‘s defenses in Donetsk Oblast and reach the cities of Kurakhove and Pokrovsk.
