The Prime Minister has nominated Maka Bouchorishvili to the position as Minister of Foreign Affairs. Anri Okhanashvili was nominated for the post of Minister Justice. Davit Songulashvili was nominated for the role of Minister for Agriculture and Environmental Protection.  

New Government, New Faces

The government of Georgia is getting a makeover. Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has announced some changes to the team.

First, he’s choosing Maka Bochorishvili, a member of parliament, to be the new Minister of Foreign Affairs. This is a key position in the country.

Next, Anri Okhanashvili will take on the role of Minister of Justice. He’s one of the leaders of the parliamentary majority and has been nominated for this job.

Lastly, Davit Songulashvili, another member of the majority, will be the new Minister of Environment and Agriculture. These two areas are important for the country’s development.
