**Document Canceling Party Lists Handed Over to CEC**
Nika Gvaramia, a leader of the “Coalition for Change”, has written on social media that a document canceling party lists was handed over to the Central Election Commission (CEC). The document was signed by him and Nika Melia.
**Election Violations in Georgia**
Gvaramia wrote about the serious violations during the October 26, 2024 parliamentary elections in Georgia. He stated that the main source of sovereignty – the Georgian people – was deprived of its constitutional right to form the government. The election results have been appealed to the Constitutional Court.
**No Cooperation with “Georgian Dream”**
Gvaramia emphasized that the coalition will not cooperate with the group of government usurpers who declared themselves as parliament in the country. He considered this cooperation as complicity in illegal and illegitimate processes.
**Removing Candidates from Party Lists**
In accordance with Article 120, Paragraph 2 of the Election Code of Georgia, Gvaramia demanded that the remaining candidates for membership of the Parliament be removed from the party list. Their eligibility was not recognized by the summary protocol of the election results.
